Pine Tree Village is a Covenant Community.

What are Covenants?

Covenants is a legal document drafted by the Developer and filed with the State of Colorado. The document contains Articles and Sections by which the community is maintained and governed by its Board of Directors.

 Why do we need Covenants?

Covenants help maintain Pine Tree Village as a quality, family friendly, community with aesthetic appeal, and strong property values.

 Are Covenants Enforceable?

Yes, when you purchase a home in our community you are obligated to abide by the Covenants.

 How is a violation established?

A violation can be established in two ways.

1st The Board of Directors performs community inspections to ensure that the aesthetic appeal of the community is being maintained.

2nd A homeowner can file a complaint with the Board of Directors.

What happens if I receive a violation letter?

You will have 7 to 14 days (depending on the violation) to come into compliance.

What if I need more than the allotted time?

You must notify the Board of Directors. The Board understands that on occasion a homeowner may not be able to comply within the allotted time due to weather, illnesses, work schedules and vacations.

What if I disagree with the violation letter that I received?

A homeowner can request a hearing with the Board of Directors to discuss the violation.
