As you plan your home improvements, remember that it’s likely that you will need to submit an ARC form for approval prior to the start of the project. The ARC is a simple and important process to ensure that all physical changes are in accordance with the Association Covenants and By‐Laws.

What requires an ARC Form? 

Outside structures such as: sheds, chicken coops, dog runs, decks patios, patio covers, gazebos, hot tubs et

Structure Improvements such as: exterior paint (must include color swatch to ARC Committee.

Exterior Improvements such as: landscaping including trees, shrubs, xeriscape (rock landscaping), gardens and walkways.

Other Improvements such as: fencing, satellite dishes, clotheslines, antennas, compost bins, flag poles, and signs

 

 How to get started

You should start by reviewing the ARC Design Guidelines located under the ARC Menu.

Once you have reviewed the Guidelines you must submit an application form to the ARC Committee. You have 2 options.

  1. Online: You can go to the ARC menu and, click on the “Online ARC Formlink. The form is easy to fill out, quick, and convenient.
  2. By Mail: You can go to the ARC menu and download the ARC Application Form. Once it is filled out you must mail it to:
