SNOW REMOVAL
Responsibilities of snow removal are as follows:
Common HOA Sidewalks (not adjacent to homeowner’s properties) and the Community Center Parking area are the responsibility of the HOA. The center parking areas of the cul-de-sacs are HOA property and are not included in the snow removal due to vehicles parked in these areas making it infeasible to remove snow.
Sidewalks adjacent to or in front of any homeowner’s property is the homeowner’s responsibility
City streets are the responsibility of the City of Loveland.
Please contact the city for any city street snow removal-Thank you
